I think there was more emphasis on getting customer into their new car quickly, than making sure it was what was ordered. Felt somewhat pressured to pick up car on particular dates following unexpected earlier than anticipated delivery

Even though I was buying the car from a considerable distance away, Khaled made the whole process very simple, via phone calls and emails. The video sent to me of my car was a nice touch! I can't fault any part of the process.

Purchase was easy all done online. Popped in once to fill out some forms and the staff were great. I request a no fuss easy hand over which was done to the letter and meant I could carry on with my day!

They done what they were supposed to and a good touch sending the video. I don't go to main dealer purely and simply because I do between 60 and 100,000 miles a year It doesn't make any sense.
